2. Reservations

Reservations can be made through the website, by phone, or via email.
To confirm a reservation, a deposit or full payment is required, as specified during the booking process.
Prices may vary depending on season and availability.

3. Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy is strict:

If the cancellation is made within 48 hours of booking, 100% of the amount is refunded.
After the 48-hour period, no refunds are provided, and 100% of the booking amount is retained.

4. Check-in & Check-out

Check-in time: from 15:00 (3:00 PM)
Check-out time: by 11:00 AM
Late check-out may incur additional charges and is subject to availability.

5. Use of the Accommodation

Rooms can accommodate from 2 to 6 guests, depending on the room type.
Smoking is not allowed inside the rooms.
Pets are not allowed.
Guests are required to keep the premises clean and avoid damage to the property or furnishings.

6. Liability

The accommodation is not responsible for the loss of or damage to guests’ personal belongings.
Guests are solely responsible for the safety of their valuables during their stay.

7. Personal Data

We collect and process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

8. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Any changes will be posted on the website and will take effect from the date of publication.
